Jeannine Winston is a graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock and Leadership Arkansas. She served as the program chair for the Inaugural Central Arkansas Women’s Conference sponsored by the Arkansas State Chamber. As a licensed attorney, she holds memberships in several professional legal organizations, including the Arkansas Bar Association, the Cleburne County Bar Association, and Arkansas Women’s Lawyer’s Association. She donates pro bono legal services through the Center for Arkansas Legal Services.
She is committed to serving the state through service in a number of community associations, including the FBI Citizen’s Academy Alumni, Infragard, and has held memberships in the Heber Springs Chamber of Commerce, the Greers Ferry Chamber of Commerce, and the Fairfield Bay Chamber of Commerce. She was a member of the Pulaski County Jail Task Force and Vision Little Rock. As the higher education liaison to the Arkansas Department of Information Systems, she served on numerous committees that established technical standards within the state of Arkansas, including passwords and network security.
