Jeff Stalnaker serves as Chief Executive Officer of PrivacyStar, a technology company based in Conway, Arkansas. PrivacyStar is a leading provider of call management, privacy and preference services to the telecommunications industry that allows consumers complete control of their telephone – either wireline, wireless or VOIP. With over 13 features, PrivacyStar allows consumers to block all unwanted calls & text messages and file complaints directly with the Federal Trade Commission related to telemarketing calls and debt collection calls.
Prior to PrivacyStar, Mr. Stalnaker held the position of Division President of the financial services division at Acxiom Corporation (NASDAQ: ACXM), a leading provider of integrated marketing services to the global 1000. The financial services division is the largest industry for Acxiom generating revenue of $420 million annually and consisting of over 1,000 associates. Prior to that role, Mr. Stalnaker served as Acxiom’s Chief Financial Officer and prior to that appointment, he served in a variety of financial/accounting leadership positions throughout the company, notably leading acquisitions valued in excess of $800 million.
Prior to joining Acxiom, Mr. Stalnaker was a senior analyst with the Arkansas Public Service Commission, responsible for recommendations and testifying before the Commission on a variety of Federal and State public utility issues, including the telecommunications industry. He completed the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) Regulatory Studies Program at Michigan State University. Mr. Stalnaker also was an accountant with a regional public accounting firm in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Mr. Stalnaker received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
