Joseph Roblee

After earning a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering in 1990, Joseph Roblee began a successful career. He created several companies and developed critical software applications that streamline workflow processes for many types of companies.

Joe is currently a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in information technology, information security, business continuity planning, cloud technologies, software development, telecommunications, and secure multidisciplinary collaboration. His experience includes over 20 years as an EVP, CIO and CSO for a cloud-based healthcare software‐as‐a‐service company that he co-founded to provide the first dental Meaningful Use certified electronic health records with secure HIPAA compliant collaboration and real-time Arkansas Medicaid dental prior-authorizations.

Joseph’s contribution to the healthcare space, through his position at U.S. HealthRecord, has actually saved lives and increased patient care effectiveness through technology utilization and patient-provider collaboration.  Joseph has consulted with numerous state agencies and large health companies to assist with application migration practices regardless if the company or agency utilizes his systems or adapts their own applications.

Beyond healthcare, Joseph designs information architecture with full responsibilities for systems security and business operations for criminal law and financial data systems that provides continuity for local and cloud hosting, software development, help desk, sales, marketing and consulting.

Uniquely skilled to lead and direct the strategic innovations of both software development and support, Joseph’s team was named the Microsoft Public Sector Health Partner of the Year using his technology in 2009. Previously, he received the IBM Beacon Award for Best Collaborative Software in 2002.

Joseph is a member of the Austin Texas chapter of the Arkansas Alumni Association. He and his wife, Lee Ann, live in Cedar Park, Texas. They have two children, Emily and David.
