Scott Hambuchen

As the Business Development Leader at PrivacyStar, Scott is responsible for the international expansion of PrivacyStar through their relationship with Syniverse. He leads the research and analysis related to the specific regions where PrivacyStar is needed an dmay be deployed. He also provides leadership and direction to the development of international PrivacyStar features in various geographies.

Prior to joining PrivacyStar, Scott was president of Gryphon Networks, a leading provider of telecommunication products and services. Under his stewardship, the company expanded its core focus to include business‐building contact strategies in addition to multichannel contact governance. Scott was instrumental in helping carrier clients realize the value of leveraging consumer preference to enhance lifetime value, increase marketing productivity and drive business revenue.

Prior to joining Gryphon in 2009, Scott enjoyed an 18‐year career at Acxiom where he served as a senior executive and sat on the company leadership team, overseeing core Acxiom capabilities including Customer Data Integration, Packaged Marketing Database Services and Enterprise Marketing Services.During his tenure, Scott was appointed managing director of Acxiom’s $100 million European operation living in London for several years. He also served as group leader for industries including insurance, telecommunications and retail comprising over $50 million in annual revenue.

Scott holds a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Arkansas.
