While at ABPG, Birch started a web development firm, FLEX360, initially to serve peer publishing companies around the country but expanded to serve clients of all industries, shapes and sizes. FLEX360 remains one of the largest web development/design firms in the Arkansas.
With an opportunity to play a key role in Little Rock’s evolution as an emerging tech center, Birch became the Executive Director of the Little Rock Tech Park in the summer of 2014 and led the planning and development of the Phase 1 facility opened in March 2017.
Ties to Arkansas
Born in Little Rock, raised in North Little Rock. Attended University of Arkansas on a baseball scholarship. Returned to Little Rock after graduating from the University of Arkansas and has lived in Little Rock ever since. Currently serving as Executive Director of the Little Rock Tech Park.
