After completing her bachelor's degree in computer information systems (Walton College) at the University of Arkansas, she took a job at Dillard’s Inc. and currently holds the position of Director, Business Intelligence, Analytics & Martech. Her accomplishments include

· Leadership in Data Migration and Architecture: Successfully transitioned into the role of Datawarehouse Technical Architect at Dillard’s early in my career, where I led a major data warehouse migration project. I quickly adapted to new technologies and complex systems, including advanced SQL and database administration, ensuring the project’s success within the first two years and setting a solid foundation for future data management.
· Pioneering AI and Machine Learning Integration: As Director of BI and Analytics, I spearheaded the introduction of AI and Machine Learning at Dillard’s. By partnering with IBM, my team facilitated the shift from a small-scale initiative to a robust enterprise solution, driving significant business advancements and achieving measurable ROI. My efforts were recognized by IBM as part of their “Women Leaders in AI” program. Throughout this journey, I curated the launch of a Data Science team, recruiting top talent to guide the team from infancy to an established practice, gaining enterprise adoption.
· Mentorship and Educational Contributions: I am actively involved in mentoring emerging leaders, supporting their development both informally within my role and formally through Dillard’s Leadership and Engagement program, where I was paired with mentees from various business areas. Additionally, I have fostered a collaborative relationship with the University of Arkansas, offering insights to refine curricula and supplying real-world data and relevant business projects. I also participate in academic industry events at both high school and collegiate levels, aiming to inspire and guide the next generation of tech professionals.
